Notice of Change of Auditors
The club has received a resignation letter from our companies’ auditor Adam Menadue acting on behalf of Brian McCleary & Co. This letter was received and dated by the Board of Directors on the 27th October 2021.
The club has received three quotes from the auditor’s position to replace our outgoing auditors. The Board of Directors have appointed Martin Le Marchant of Bishop Collins Audit Pty Ltd. The letter of appointment was dated 8th November 2021.
After receiving the approval of consent from ASIC. ASIC has stated the resignation to take effect on the day when the following disclosure requirements are made by the Company. This notice will be placed on the website on 13th January 2022.
